Cinabre – Paris (hereinafter << The Web Site>> ) is property of CINABRE S.A.S with headquarters in Paris at 6 bis rue du 4 Septembre 75002 identified with RCS from Paris under the no. 532 077 138 (hereinafter <<The CINABRE S.A.S. Company>>). All the orders done at the web site are subject to these terms and sales conditions. The CINABRE S.A.S Company reserves the right to modify or change the present terms, the general sales conditions version applied to all orders given on line through the web site www.cinabre-paris.com at the time of the order.
I. The Client
The client declares to be an individual of more than 18 years old with legal capacity or with parental authorization to order on The Web Site. The personal information registered on The Web Site must be exactly what asked at all obligatory fields. The CINABRE S.A.S Company will not be responsible for undelivered product should the data proved incorrect. The CINABRE S.A.S Company reserves the right to cancel any order should the IP address of the costumer is located in a country different of the billing and/or the delivery address.
II - The Products
The products offered for sale are those featured on the Web site. The CINABRE S.A.S Company makes every effort to accurately present and describe the products to inform the Customer at best. It is, however, possible that The Web Site may contain minor errors, which you recognize and accept. In the event of any non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on The Web Site, The CINABRE S.A.S Company agrees to remedy such non-compliance by either exchange or pay back (totally or partially) the invoiced product.
The CINABRE S.A.S Company makes every effort to try to ensure that the colors and designs of the products in the photographs displayed on The Web Site belong to the original products. Variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer device. Given this, The CINABRE S.A.S Company will not be held liable for the inaccuracy displayed on The Web Site.
III - The Order
The acceptance of orders placed on The Web Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by The CINABRE S.A.S. Company taking the form of a series of succeeding screen pages indicating the steps to be taken by customers to validate their order. The client will have the possibility, before final validation of the order, to verify the order details and the total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it and expressing acceptance. Every confirmed order applies as a sale contract and an acceptance of all the present stipulations.
The CINABRE S.A.S Company is entitled to refuse any order made by a customer with whom a dispute exists in connection with the payment of a former order as well as any order that is not compliant with these general terms of sale or for any other legitimate cause.
In such cases, The CINABRE S.A.S Company will inform the customer by e-mail. Unless the customer contacts us to correct the error or the non-compliance with these general terms of sale, we reserve the right not to process the order.
Once you have validated your order, The CINABRE S.A.S Company will promptly confirm receipt by sending you an e-mail to the address provided to us. In that aim, you formally accept the use of e-mail by The CINABRE S.A.S Company to confirm the content of your order. This confirmation e-mail will include all of the information provided by you, as well as the accepted price and terms of payment with an indication, as the case may be, of any possible difficulties or reservations in respect of the order. For each product, you will also receive, upon delivery, written confirmation of the price paid and of the shipping fees applicable to you.
IV - Price and Terms of Payment
1. Prices
The prices displayed on the Web site are in Euros, VAT included, shipping excluded. The total price of the order (taxes and shipping fees included) is mentioned in the cart.
The CINABRE S.A.S Company reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, though the prices invoiced to customers are those applicable on the date of the order, subject to stock.
2. Terms of payment
The products will be paid the day the order becomes effective.
To pay your order, you may use:
- Credit card: the Customer has access to a space made available by a banking establishment, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. To this effect, the Customer expressively authorizes The CINABRE S.A.S Company to debit its account accordingly to the amount of the ordered products.
- Bank Check
If paying by check, it must be issued by a bank located in France.

3. Data registered and saved by The CINABRE S.A.S Company act as a proof of order of all transactions done. Data registered by the payment system act as a proof of the financial transactions.
V – Delivery
Deliveries will be made to the address you give in your order, it being specified that this must be your place of residence or that of any other individual of your choice.
The delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes
To ensure the lead times can be met, you should check that you have provided complete and accurate information concerning the delivery address (such as: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or interphone numbers, etc.). Inaccurate information may result in longer delivery times or re-shipments.
Mentioned lead times are indicative of the average time to process order and to delivery it. The CINABRE S.A.S Company would not be held responsible for a delayed delivery due to external causes.
In case of damaged delivery (already opened, missing or damaged product...), the Customer must notify the transport service if possible by hand on the delivery invoice and to The CINABRE S.A.S Company by email. The refusal of the product must be done, by any means, within 3 days following the delivery.
VI –Right of Cancellation
Customers have a right of cancellation, without having to indicate the reasons for such cancellation, within a period of 7 clear days from receipt of the products ordered. You must return the product new, unworn and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Customers are responsible for the cost and the safe return (Original packaging. Products are not to be worn nor washed) accompanied by the order number to the following address:

The return costs will be responsibility of the costumer or at expenses of The CINABRE S.A.S. Company according to the offer at the time of the order registration.
The CINABRE S.A.S. Company will refund the Customer the possible money already paid, excluded shipment fees, and under the conditions described in the following paragraph (VII).
VII – Refund Policy
The CINABRE S.A.S. Company will refund the returned products under the circumstances described in paragraphs II and VI, no later than 30 days following receipt by The CINABRE S.A.S Company of the returned products. Refund will be done similarly to the term of payment chosen by the Customer when he or she ordered the products or by a purchase voucher.
VIII - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE WEB SITE INFORMATION, CONTENT AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED BY THE CINABRE S.A.S COMPANY UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. THE CINABRE S.A.S COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT AND PRODUCTS INCLUDED OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLLE TO YOU THROUGH THE WEB SITE, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE WEB SITE AND THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

THE CINABRE S.A.S COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE; INFORMATION, CONTENT AND PRODUCTS OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THIS SITE; THEIR SERVERS; OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM THE CINABRE S.A.S COMPANY ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Every order is submitted to the Customer's acceptance of the terms & conditions of use, which are subject to the French law. In case of litigation, the French Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve it. In case of problem or complaint, the Customer may address to the Customer Service department to find a mutual agreement.
IX – Use of your information
The CINABRE S.A.S Company collects personal data on the Web site that is required for processing orders. Such data may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in fulfilling the order.
Customers are informed that such personal data is also collected by bodies in charge of analyzing orders and fighting against credit card fraud.
According to Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on automated data processing, files and civil liberties, you have a right to access, modify, correct, oppose and delete personal data concerning you.
