I) PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
1. Product Exchange Policy
For every online purchase you have 7 days to exchange your product. You must return the product new, unworn and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice either via Colissimo if you are in France or via DHL if you are abroad. We will then proceed with the exchange as you wish. The cost of returning the product will be refunded upon reception. In this case please send your Colissimo tracking number for France or DHL if abroad. You will be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase. If you use another carrier you will not be refunded. For returns from abroad the refund will be net of any customs duties and taxes.
The shipping of the new product will be charged to the credit card used for the purchase.

II) CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All our products are handcrafted in France and should be handled with care. We recommend to entrust your accessories to the care of a specialist.

We recommend dry cleaning by a specialist
2. Ties
Our ties are in heavy silk twill, a precious and delicate fabric. Do not wear your tie two consecutive days if possible. Silk needs to dry and rest. Leave your tie flat at least one day after use. There is a long loop of thread across the tie. It is done by hand and will help the tie return to its original shape.
If any stain, we recommend dry cleaning by a specialist.
3. Bowties
It is best to untie your bow tie after use to prevent fold marks. Do not wear your bow tie two consecutive days if possible. Silk needs to dry and rest. Leave your bow tie flat at least one day after use.

4. Collar in Orylag and silk
We recommend cleaning by a fur specialist.

2. Delivery Times
All purchases are handled by our office in Paris within 1 or 2 working days, provided the validation of the payment and the products availability at the time. Shipments are made Monday to Friday except French holidays.
A first confirmation will be sent by email once you have made your purchase. We will send a second email confirmation when your purchase is shipped and we will specify the details to track and retrieve your purchased goods.

3. Delivery details (Hand to hand or mailbox)
Door – to – door delivery
We deliver your selected items to any address in Paris city center, within 3 hours if your purchase is done before 11:30am. (Subject to confirmation of payment and product availability).
PLEASE NOTICE: Hand delivery only. Couriers work between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. You can specify a delivery address - different from your billing address - eg your office address (highly recommended). Please include the company name if you want to be delivered to your desktop.
Colissimo
Delivery of purchased goods for any address in mainland France and overseas territories. Delivery in the recipient's mailbox or the nearest post office if the package does not fit your mailbox.
DHL Express (door – to – door delivery)
Delivery to all the destinations provided by Cinabre.
PLEASE NOTICE: Door – to – door delivery. You can specify delivery address - different from your billing address - eg your office address (highly recommended).
Please note that DHL works from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Please add the company name if you want to be delivered at your desktop.
We are not able to change the package destination once it is dispatched.

Orders made outside the European Union, Sweden, Japan and the U.S. are subject to VAT, customs duties and / or taxes which are collected when your package arrives in your country. Therefore the price displayed on the payment of the order includes the product price and transportation but does not include any rights and / or tax that will be charged by DHL. We do not have the ability to calculate the exact amount of customs duties and taxes your order will generate, we recommend that you contact your local DHL office to have an estimate.

You can track your package on the Poste by giving your Colissimo number stated in our second email confirmation of your purchase.
DHL Express:
You can track your package on the DHL web site by giving the number specified in our second email confirmation of your purchase.
